261380 Simple website with database

I need a simple website with database for betting tips website. I have quite clear idea on how the site should look, and will send draft of the look to the person I will hire. The webpage includes front page, few hardcoded pages ( I will provide all text) and simple login area. In the admin area I must be able to write news which will show up on the front page and in news archive. I will write all picks manually in the database and will mark them as won or loss when it has been played. The database must be able to do very simple calculations. All picks must be archived, and it should be possible to select any period as you like and see all picks during that period, profit during that period, and possible other things that are defined in the database. I prefer that it can be showed graphically also. Paypal will be used to take care of payments and I need that to be set up. Inside the login area all pending and recently settled picks will be shown. To sum it up, I simply need very simple news editor, paypal set up, well set up database and a very plain website.
