template changes

I need the attached template changed like this site [login to view URL] I don't need exactly same look but a custom look similar to this site. This template is used in a software which works as backend of my website. So, the template coding be the same style as it is in present and I should be able to use it in the software. This is just a couple of hour work for someone who is capable. If you can start immediately and finish it today than you will be prefered. Budget max 50$ thanks
