Yahoo ID Auction House sales/trading

We are looking to have a coder or company create an entire web site from the ground up that will be used for people in Yahoo to trade ID's. These are nick named "illegals". They are ID's that you can no longer make on Yahoo Chat. As some of you know lots of people collect these ID's. This site will be an auction house for that. Trades can be done for money or for ID's. We will act as the middle party and take a %. The site would allow users to register, post, respond, bid and so on. This site will be created in ASP ONLY. Must run on a Microsoft server that is hosted by another company. So NO special dll files and so on can be used. We are expecting this to be a very big site when it hits. We only want coders or companies that have done auction work before and can code very weill in ASP. ## Deliverables All working code in completed order and in ASP. Tested and 100% working code. ## Platform Windows 2000 servers Database must be Access!!! No others!!!
