Project to make html pages from text files, writing short meta descriptions and title tags...

Hello, I’m looking for someone to help me with this project. I have 64 articles (8 variations of 8 articles) as text files. I require them to be turned into html documents using dreamweaver or other program, and create for each article: 1. A file name, eg [login to view URL], [login to view URL] (you will make up, name not that important) 2. A meta title tag (suggestions will be given) 3. A 15-20 word meta description tag (you will make up) 4. Insert either 1,2 or 3 links into the body of each article (urls will be given, and suggestions given for the anchor texts for each url) The meta title tags and descriptions should all vary and be unique, and not all the same. I will also need the title tags and description tags listed in a separate notepad document. Therefore this project involves some very short bits of writing, as well as creating html pages and links. This project consists of turning 64 articles as text documents to html pages. 2. As detailed above, unique title tags and meta description tags for each article are to be created. And 1, 2 or 3 links are to be added to each article. 3. I will provide a template for the html page that will be the same for all the articles. 4. Your meta title and meta description tags are to be listed on a notepad document (text file) as well. 5. Proper attention to grammar, spelling and punctuation is expected. English must be your FIRST language. 6. Plagiarism or any other breach of copyright is unacceptable. 8. Delivery dates: in 7 days. 9. Payment schedule: if work is satisfactory, 100% after the work is submitted, otherwise 50% after submission and 50% after corrections. 10.
