PHP/CSS 3 Expert Needed.

Hello, I'm looking for PHP/CSS programmer to work on a finished project, but we need to make/correct/customized some stuff as the following: 1) The homepage resources around 1.5/2mb which is currently 7mb. 2) I need to customize the news boarders in homepage (correcting layout/change fonts type and size). 3) Have to check our administrator (Private CMS) Where we have before we move our Pure PHP code to some MVC PHP code and some of old scripts need to be corrected and re-coded sometimes and most of them i can provide the old code for you so you can check the old code how's works and fix it in the new dev website. 4) Make the website compatible with other browsers and smartphones for the website once we finish & correcting (validate CSS/html). 5) After all done and complete the validate for our code we need to clean our website from any old and not use-full codes.. so this is the last task to do in this work. I will pay upfront $30 once you completed 2 tasks from any tasks here, so please note that before you bidding, you must finish 2 tasks so i can ensure you going to fix the rest and not going to let me lose all the bidding freelancers here if you cannot make it.. then i will hire you and pay upfront $30 to complete the rest of tasks.
