501739 Php Directory Tweaks

Have cloned the Directory listings on our website for use on another site that will be using the same PHP script. However, the script which we have installed on the new site needs the following changes: 1) Disapprove listings of a certain criteria 2) Change criteria for free listing 3) Change criteria for partial listings 4) Change link of RSS feeds 5) Replace template file with new template file 6) Change Footer (universally) 7) Change all references to old site.
