home inspection software

I currently use an inspection program (Insptrix2000 by ITA) that uses pdf file to email clients. I would like to take this programand make it window based and able to upload to my website or email. There are alot of pictures in my reports and using pdf it takes extra time and is slow. Insptrx uses a combination of check boxes and comments The comment section does not have enough space and needs to be larger. The report is 16 pages plus a key, overview and picture pages with comments. The program is actualy not to bad but is outdated and limited. A pdf of the report and and inspectrix program will be availble to the coder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform windows XP
