Mailing List Project

Mailing List Project Need someone to scrape membership information from alumni directories on websites of my high school, college, and graduate school. Must also design easy--to-use database using MS Access and drop data from scraped sites into database. Must provide clear documentation on adding crieteria to database, using database and exporting/importing data from/to Excel and Outlook. Must provide easy-to-use documentation on generating labels for mailings to selected groups/names in database and on creating mail merges to same using MS Word. Would also like ability to do e-mailings to selected groups/names from database as well. This project is meant to support marketing efforts of a high-end residential real estate practice. ## Deliverables I am not well enough versed in technology to stipulate this at this time. Deliverables and timelines to be determined in conjunction with selected coder/consultant once I understand the process better (at the moment, I only know what I want to accomplish as an end-user). ## Platform Microsoft Office Suite is loaded on my firm's servers. I can confirm version of software and Windows with my IT department if needed.
