Create Web pages in CMS

Web pages in CMS system I want someone to create web pages in a CMS system. These are mostly basic HTML pages linking with auto responders and a customer survey tool. Assuming that goes well, I am looking to develop a longer term relationship with a company to (a) develop more web pages within the Content Management System and (b) develop other simple web sites. The current CMS system I use is [login to view URL] . I have 2 other key requirements. You must have experience in loading multi-media onto web pages in a way that I can get maximum effectiveness from video and audio on the web. You must also be very familiar with the aweber auto responder system and how to manage various lists using this technology. I’m deleting without reading any automated bids. To have your bid seriously considered please do the following. 1. Confirm you have experience with CMS systems and aweber and detail that level of expertise. 2. Provide the best references you can that are matched to my specific needs. 3. Confirm you can also meet the 5 requirements listed below. When I work with an outsource team I require the following; 1. Direct contact phone numbers 2. I work via Instant Messenger to manage ongoing communications 3. I work to tight deadlines and want a team that is responsive to this 4. You must have excellent spoken and written English. Because we will be communicating both on IM and the phone, your English must be excellent. 5. You must have a process to quality checking the work that is done i.e. if you create links you must have checked all the links before sending the work back or if you have developed a new page, you must have re-checked the instructions to ensure it meets the specifications. I’ve previously been frustrated on multiple occasions with good technical development combined with low quality checking. This work should be very easy for the right team with the right level of skills. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
