Existing Site Needs Design Changes , list of changes provided

I have a existing site that needs a list of minor changes done to almost all of its pages, and tidying up done to the pages so they are consistent and clean right now things are sloppy. The list is provided. It also needs 3 new pages created based off of PSD files. Please let me know if you can do this, upon acccepting the BID all work should be done within 24 hours. The whole site runs off of PHP smarty tags and html but mostly all you have to do is follow the list of revisins and also create the new pages, and if you need to get content in somewhere you use a smarty tags which is embeddeed in the existing site's files, and it loads in the information from the PHP backend. But you don't need to know php just have t have an idea of it , because you wont be modifying any phpf iles, only the html template files that load the php data in. Read over the word file and let me know if you can do it. The existing site is at [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
