I basically need a script that queries Google for specific terms and the script should return whether there are more than 10 ads for the term. You search google using the string format [login to view URL] The server that I'll be running the script off of is not based in the U.S so Google will not show U.S ads. As a result, you'll need to append &gl=us to the end of the above string. This means you'll get [login to view URL] This will show Google ads that are running for that term in the U.S only. The simplest way to check whether there are more than 10 ads running is by searching for the string "More Sponsored Links" in the source code. This string appears on the right side, way at the bottom of the sponsored links. If it contains this string, it contains more than 10 ads. As I'll be querying a large number of keywords, I don't want Google to ban my IP. Luckily, there are more than 50 IPs installed on my server. You will cycle through each IP for each new keyword you query. Keywords will be supplied in a file called [login to view URL] where each keyword is on a newline. The IPs available to the server will be in a text file called ips.txt. Output will be in a file called output.txt. For the output, it should be in KEYWORD,YES/NO format. Script is shell based. I will provide the SSH login to my Linux Debian server. You can code it in any language you wish as long as my server supports it. If you need me to install stuff to get the script working, that's fine too but you need to provide the instructions.
