Inventory Oder System Requirement

One composite database application that controls both supply and order of warehouse inventory required. System must print out invoices for customers as well as purchase orders for suppliers. Product or inventory table has to show total quantity of goods available at any given time. Calculations for the quantity available must be based on transactions made on hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and at any given time. Shipping slips printout a must. Project must be built on MS Acess only. Project deadline will be fifteen days after coder receives details on projects. Project details will be provided to coder with extensive knowledge and experienced background of database applications. Extensive MS Access knowledge a must. First-time are welcome. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) The user/server-side deliverables is intended to exist only in one place that is in the Buyer's environment. Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment once work is complete and in the implementation stage. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Platform: MS Access Applications will be used on Windows XP Platform. Network sharing of the database is a must. Users should be able to update database from their stations. Maximum users of the application: 4 (four)
