JPEG viewer tool

Hello, I'm requesting a bid to fix bugs for a JPEG viewer tool written in C#. Net and ArcObjects. The tool is currently used within ArcMap 9.1 (the problem exists in 9.1 and 9.2 as well) but would like to make sure that it works with 9.1 and test it in 9.2 as well. As-Built Viewer Tool : When this tool is enabled and the user clicks on a water main, a list of As-Built drawings (JPEG images)that are available for that main appear in a separate window with the attribute data related to the As-Built feature class. The As-Built drawings are .JPG files stored on the network. When the clicked on the hyper-linked image number, the image should open up in a JPEGviewer (freeware) window. The nework path for the As-Bulit images is set in a config file. Problem: But, ArcMap doesn't seem to load the image into the JPEGviewer. It only says "Loading Image", but never opens. But,the user can type the complete path of the image and use the "GetImage" button of the JPEG viewer to manually open the image. Just need this done automatically. Possible Solution: Capture the image number when the user clicks on one and add to the hardcoded network path in the code. The network path where the images are located is <http://mars/projectviewer/.......jpg> I can show a demo of the tools for a more clear picture of the tool functionality. Attached is the C# file and html files used by by the tool. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP ArcGIS 9.1 C# .Net Visual Studio 2005
