League, Team changes

Misc PHP screen maintenance. Prompt for Teams ([login to view URL]) If the user has 4 or more leagues registered to them (i.e. count of distinct leagues in users_leagues > 4), change the [login to view URL] script to first prompt the user for the league that they want to view the teams for. Then when league is selected, and user presses a new "view teams" button, show the list of teams. At the bottom of the list, ensure that the league selection list is still available so that users can easily view teams for a different league. Misc maintenance: · Remove these columns from the display: Award & Color. · Add new column: In the W/L/T/S column, the last data element (/S) is the team's standing. Separate this into a new column, to the right and adjacent to the W/L/T column, called "Standing". Team Edits ([login to view URL]) · When a new team is added, update the team's State from the [login to view URL] field. DO NOT PUT THE STATE CODE ON THE team_edit screen. **HTML screens are attached. PHP code is given to winning bidder to update.** Leagues: Put in a new State field into the Leagues table and require its use (place right below the league name). It must be entered and must be two chars. Add two new check boxes, also create two new SQL field definitions in the leagues table. 1) Use League In Stories? (default=checked) 2) Use Conference In Stories?
