PHP function with MySQL and simple webpage

I have a MySQL database with 2 tables. I need to split 2 text fields into individual rows( space is the delimiter) in Table-1 and insert them into a new table, Table-2 with sequential numbers. Next I need recreate the same information from Table 2 as in Table1 but instead of putting to a new table, display on a web page. Need PHP 5.2+ code . ## Deliverables Attached document has details
