PHP/MYSQL Budget Program

I am creating a website that will be used as a budget tool for customers. The website address is: [[login to view URL]][1]. I have attached all of the existing code for this website program. I want a programmer to develop a program that works like the attached Excel Program. I only want the features that are on the “Quick Budget?? tab of the attached Excel Program called “Budget Planner Software.?? The program you are developing for me will “work?? like the attached Excel Spreadsheet but it will be written in hand coded PHP/MYSQL. The screen should not _look_ like the customer is in an Excel Spreadsheet but it will work like this Excel Spreadsheet does. The attached Excel Spreadsheet was purchased online. If you are not able to open this program, please let me know and I will find a way to get it to you. You will need to develop a program that gives clients the ability to input their personal income and expenses into individual cells just like the attached Excel Spreadsheets. Those cells have formulas that can add up column data as well as take a percentage of expenses versus income. The data that clients enter needs to be stored in a database so that every time they log into their account, the last data record will be accessed. I already have an existing log-in page for users. I would like for the users to be linked only to their own data that is associated with their log-in and customer ID #. I will need administrative rights to access data on all users accounts. This should allow me to edit and update the fields. I have basic HTML skills and want to be able to change the “Titles?? of the fields and have those updated on all past and future accounts. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Should support customers opperating in IE5+, Netscape, Firefox, Safari, & AOL
