Redesign existing e-commerce/content website and overhaul shopping cart for a very active web store selling stitchery products. Visit the site at [[login to view URL]][1]. The products sold include threads that come in up to 400 colors each, fabrics in up to 20 colors each, wood products that are sold in different lengths, lamps with a variety of options, one-of-a-kind designs and kits.
Site currently uses Storefront 5.0AE shopping cart with SQL database. See attached file for more information on the scope of work, which includes a new, fresh appearance and a change in the shopping cart used.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

E-commerce order handling must function properly and html pages must display right on Internet Explorer, Netscape 4.0 and above, Mac web browsers. Windows web host (no Linux or Unix servers please); compatible with Frontpage editor; ASP/VB or javascript modules OK.
