Action Script pro needed ASAP - bonus available!

Attached are instructions of what I need done. Strong action script knowledge is needed for this site. You must also have some knowledge of php/mysql You must start immediately after being chosen, I need this done within 3 days. DO NOT BID if you can't do it. I will want regular communication of progress - this is a requirement. Also a portfolio is a requirement with links that are active so that I can see your work! Both sides of the site needs to be done (flash and html). Flash CS3 is needed. Budget is $200 ($50 bonus if done within 48 hours of being chosen) This will lead to more work if you're good.
