Bee to Biz web site design

We are an exhibit stand design, conference and event planning business. We have the content, basic wireframe and basic individual page layout, general graphic desire, and we need a web designer to: -help fine tune the general visual presentation -design the individual pages design to make the information display as clear as possible -use html and flash to design a very visually attractive web site (the design aspect very important in our industry), -program so that the pages load QUICKLY. There are - 8 basic pages (home, contact...) 1 portfolio section with 50 to 100 pictures to display (the precise layout has yet to be defined) The web site will also exist in french and spanish (parallel web sites with the exact same structure, and for which we will provide the translation. ), which will be accessible through a little flag on the side of the menu bar. The site must be up and running by june the 30th and we are searching for a freelancer starting monday the 6th. At the beginning of the process, we would like to have several design choices to choose from. After the site is running, we would need infrequent update to add/change pictures/ videos.
