60 second commercial in flash for Pondanet Sign

Hello. I need a 60 second commercial in flash (swf file saved as version 5) OR two 30-second flahs files for use on a Pondanet Splash sign on a wall behind the counter at a store location, situated so that it is what customers see while waiting in line. This requires creativity skills as well as flash. This is for mail and parcel center that does packing, shipping, mail services, mailbox rentals, notary services, passport photos and more. This file needs to fit on a SmartCard that gets inserted into the Splash Sign. Attached is a Splash Sign Content Setup Manual AND a page with addional important information. Please read these carefully and completely. They explain the limitations of the Flash Sign, the swf file, and other files used. There is no sound used on this Flash Sign so the content needs to be interesting enough so the customer is intriqued to watch the whole thing. I have also included an fla file of the flash that is currently used. As you can see it is very boring! I am only including the file to show you what this company does and NOT to be used as a base for this new file.
