Additional Pages and MySQL systems added to already existing website

We've got an already existing website created by Infenixwebs, looking for the following systems and changes to be added within our existing systems which combines MySQL databases and PHP for web display. > Login / Signup System: The login system is rather simple, a basic registration form which gathers the users information, Username, Password, Email, and they need to input their Unique ID, creates them an account, forgot password and features like that will not be required, no email features if that would cost extra. // With the forum we're setting up we're going to have a seperate forum account which they can use those features on, then use the forum account to request a reset from the administrators of their statistic accounts. > Statistics System: With the login and signup system complete the features enabled when you're logged in is the stats page, which will retrieve all the stats linked to the unique ID inputted when registering the account, on the 'My Stats' page will be displayed; Players Kills, Players Deaths, K:D Ratio, Current leaderboard rank, number of times weekly MVP (Explained Further Down), amount of teamkills they have. Maybe a few other general things which I'd be more in-depth about if the project is accepted. > Weekly leaderboard & Player of the week: An idea we had and would like added is another leaderboard, which is reset every week, and the player number 1 on that board is declared player of the week on the homepage. > Leaderboard changes: On the current leaderboards, we'd like a few things to be added, such as the ability to search using player name on the leaderboards page to find the players rank on the leaderboard. As well as headers above the current layout just to make it look more smart, "Name:" "Kills:" "Deaths:" "K/D:" above the collums of the leaderboard.
