I am looking for someone to program a newsletter from my website. I have a site, and I want to be able to send newsletters to members of my website. The newsletter will pull up the email addresses of the members from the database and send the newsletter to them. The newsletter will be integrated with the admin panel and should be able to be linked to twitter, facebook and vbulletin. Also, there should be feedback on who has received the newsletter, those that were bounced because of invalid emails.
