545343 PSD to HTML Expert

I'm looking for an experienced html/css programmer that can take a layered psd file and deliver to me, a pixel perfect web page. I am looking for someone with years of experience that writes clean valid code, checks cross browser compatability and delivers a final product needing minimal revisions. This project is pretty simple, consisting of only 3 pages. 1 of these pages is an image gallery that will take a bit of custom work.
