"'I speak your language'" Hi, There are several multi language plugins as you may know but i suggest to use WPML, qtranslate or polylang. I have a question about comments page. If i dont understand wrong you want to show all comments in a one page and also you want to allow people add comments from that page too, right, similar like facebook wall? Wordpress allows to users(visitors) add comments to pages or posts so every comment input form must be attached to a page or a post. If you want to add sidewide commenting system you have to use a plugin to get this work. There are 2 options at this point, if you have a facebook page, it is possible to use facebook comments plugins if not some other plugins will require which is letting people to enter testimonals(or something like that).
