WooCommerce FedEx Plugin customization and configuration

Project Description: You must have experience writing and or configurating 3rd party plugins for Wordpress v3.9.1, preferably Woocommerce 2.x experience as well. The ideal candidate will title this application "VisualFxStudio WooCommerce FEDEX Plugin" if customised. ortherwise this does not apply if were using a already 3rd party WooCommerce FedEx plugin. JOB DESCRIPTION: Need to have FEDEX shipping plugin for WooCommerce implimented / configured on a site already built with products. The function needs to calculate shipping based on ZIPCODE ONLY during checkout. Customer will select shipping, Next Day or Two Day and then place in thier ZIP CODE. The backend plugin UI needs to have the ability for us to add shipping price etc...weight on Back-end UI Incorporate fedex. SKILLS Knowledge in PHP Programming, knowledge in mySQL, Wordpress plugin development, knowledge in the Fedex API, expertise in WooCommerce plugin development. FEDEX API: [login to view URL] FedEx API uses SOAP/WSDLs and XML. Our server is on Dreamhost running PHP5.3 / Not currently sure if SOAP is installed or needed for FEDEX shipping to work.
