Java/Javascript Application for Template Editing

This should be a fairly simple job for those who know their way around javascripting. I need a .js file or pastable java script code created that will allow variable editing of .html files. I want to make an Ezine newsletter article generator with about 10-20 pre-designed .html article templates with variable tags inserted for things like: Publisher Name, Date, Article, keywords, page title, etc. The end user will be able to choose a template using radio buttons and then will go through the variable customization process where they enter their information about their own article. When finished, the end user is given the .html code to upload to their site with their own article and customizable information. I will make the pre-designed templates. I have a software program that will create software using javascript - I just need the java written for me. No GPL code allowed. All code must be your own work. The closest thing that I can find to resemble what I am looking for is this software. Before I accept any bid, I'd like for coders to come up with a small demo using the template I have provided. There will be approx. 10 .html templates similar to this one, however, the variables will always be the same.* ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Product should be operational for all browsers.
