JavaSmartCard coursework

This coursework is about programming **sle 4428** cards for print-quotas. Two apps need to be implemented. First one will insert, display and update details into the smartcard (name,surname,address,sex,date-of-birth etc) with a nice UI. The seconds part is to make a software to allow a student of a university to print ONLY 25 pages MAXIMUM daily. The student will visit for example the library. insert his smartcard into a ROCKEY-400 reader, and he will be allowed to print up to 25 pages. I would like to listen to suggestions on how you will implement the above. I need you to somehow explain, how you will allow a student to print ONLY 25 pages. If he tries to print more than 25 he should not be allowed.. If it is required for you to purchase the reader i will send some money as immediatelly bonus. However i will pick someone with experience and nice ideas on this one..
