I need a programmer or group of programmers that can do the following project: -Web Based Accounting software -PHP and MySQL a MUST, javascript or other client side scripting is OK. -Software should have a SECURE login, I do not want any free CMS. -Should comply with W3C standards and be cross-browser compatible -Multiple Companies can be created -There should be user levels, like OWNER, MANAGER, Operator, Etc. -A language template will be used so all text in the software can be modified with a template file. Please include in your proposal your previous experiences, work examples, etc. Provider can be located anywhere and I will provide details to qualifying bidders only.
