Amazon active/inactive listings switch at scheduled times

We require a small program to switch our listings between inactive and active at a certain time of day on the Amazon Seller Central/Marketplace platofmr. It is to be a standalone program to run on a windows system. The option is available on a webpage on the Amazon website. There needs to be the option for the inactive time and the active time, and logon details to the Amazon website may be required. Let me know if you are able to do this. Thanks
