Autocomplete input search field

I need someone who can add input search field, but input search field must be autocomplete (please attachment). As I need this to be finish in 3-5 days Autocomplete, when added to an input field, enables users to quickly find and select from a pre-populated list of values as they type, leveraging searching and filtering.
