Create slider functionality from existing slider template - repost

I have designed a slider module for the front page of my client's website. You can see it at the top of the page here: [login to view URL] There are 5 buttons at the bottom that have a hover effect. I would like to turn this into a slider where each button produces a different image above based on which button is active. Basic slider functionality. Each slide will be linked to a post or an external page. I can handle inserting the images and links later, I just need someone to implement the actual functionality. I need someone who speak fluent English so we can communicate via email and chat. I don't have video capabilities.
