UI Designer - Social Utility for College Students

Looking for an experienced creative UI designer to construct a layout for a social utility. The site will have a local essence to it, therefore there will be some "profile pages" that will need to be able to incorporate user-generated pictures. Otherwise, the site will need to look simple, clean, and attractive; demographic is wealthy college students (boats, etc) interested in partying. Site should not have an overly-dark background, although some of the items below suggest such. The influences of the site, concepts I'd like incorporated are as follows: Layout: 1.
