150558 Finishing existing project

Hi, I have an existing project what needs to be finished. It is a php/mysql website with a lot of js.(also heavy use of rewrite rules) My existing programmer cannot finish it in time and i need it quickly. The basic site and functions are programmed, there are just some additional functions needed.(some are part developed but are not working properly) The requirements for this projects are: RELIABILITY!! (if you say you have it done by time X, it needs to be done) Good skills in Mysql, site is using a lot of codes Good communication skills Apache rewrite skills The ability to understand the old code and fix problems quick Please provide you portfolio in your bids, Regards, LC
