I'd prefer to find a Flex developer in Bangalore. I want a developer who can help me set up the structure for a Flex application and help me learn the Flex development environment quicker. I already have a project started. The database is created, I can connect to the database and insert data. I need to pretty up the data entry screens and create other data entry screens. I need this done yesterday. The right person will have on-going work from me.
