Currently looking for a highly experienced website developer/programmer to build a lottery website. Website will be very complex and will need an experienced programmer to build the website. The programmer will be required to do the following: Build the website using the design I have created The website will need to have a log in and sign up section where customers can create an account Website must have the ability for customers to purchase up to 50,000 tickets Website must have payment features and security The website must have a program built in it, that once all tickets are purchased, a random generator chooses a winner The website must have a feature where all customer emails are collected and bulk emails can be sent out to all players Website will need to be search engine optimised and be on the first page of Google under lotto/online lotto/lotto game More information will be provided to the successful bidder.
