Html to Zencart - Needed ASAP

Hello, I'm looking to get a HTML template converted to zen cart. One Page Only. The website is complete, coded, and images are ready for zen cart. I just need it converted as I'm not sure exactly how to do it my self. The main requirement I have is that the category image be in the same exact picture position and size as the header . Basically when the category images are added they will be the same size and dimensions as the header. When the viewer clicks on a category; the category image will take the place of the original header. Thank you.
