PDF uploadin on site

Additions for my site **Please see the attached .doc file it has an explaination of everything you need to know** I? have an existing website and i would like to host pdf's on. At the moment they are hosted on a 3rd part site. What I would like to do is cut out the 3rd party for hosting and have? them on my site. 1. On the front end I would like to have a search facility the same as point iv. When placing the order the user has the option to PIN protect their order so only people who know the PIN can view it. I already have this in place for the 3rd party hosting site and I manually input this via the admin panel. So what I would need is for this to be auto-generated as we are hosting it now. 2. I would like for one? of the pdf’s to be auto generated as all the information is gathered in the ordering process.? So in this instance you would be using fpdf <[login to view URL]> or something similar as I do not have pdflib library available on my server. The other pdf’s would be uploaded manually to the site.? This can be omitted if necessary 3. I would like the hosting to merge seamlessly with the existing processes. The alerts in point ii. should be sent out automatically when each item has been uploaded. ? Admin should also be free to upload revisions to the document when necessary with all items even auto generated pdf’s. There is no need for additional alerts to be sent out to users in this case. ? 4. Certain orders require one or more different items in the HIP (leasehold and commonhold properties), so this needs to be reflected in point iii. and like in point i. admin should ultimately be allowed to upload whatever they want after the order has been placed. ? 5. In summary the site should mirror the functionality of the 3rd party hosting site. 6. I would like the exact same thing to happen for the Rental EPC but this will be far simpler as there is only 1 item here and admin would upload it. Same as the HIP section, the user would be alerted via the admin panel when it is complete. This is already in place when we assign the order as complete.
