Photo Tagging Function

I am looking for a photo tagging function to add to my photo galleries which basically allows a user to select an area on the picture and add a name and if possible a? comment, and also allows you as an option? to put an email address so the user is notified. A great example of this is on the [login to view URL] photo galleries. I'm not sure if this is a script that can be added to the individual picture pages? or if I have to start building my photo galleries in a certain structure, I leave that up to the programmer to let me know how to go about it. I have many development needs if a good coder is found :) Thank you! ## Deliverables Please feel free to question anything and advise me on what you feel is the best way to achieve my goal.
