PSD to HTML/CSS Expert Needed + small Javascript/PHP programming tasks

Hi Freelancers! Thank you for visiting the project page. All providers with excellent English language skills and the ability to slice up a nice new PSD into a functional HTML/CSS website are invited to bid. The project documentation is available in PMB on request. You should adjust your bid (fee) once you have analysed the requirements because this posting will contain only general details. Here is a summary: Skin the PSD of the new design and implement the website redesign to the site's approx 80 pages. We have one PSD file which needs to be applied to every page of the website (excluding the message boards). You are required to be extremely careful and attentive in the redesign. Every page of the website must be presented in perfect condition. The new design (PSD) carries the same layout as the old site and maintains the same typefaces, text, pages etc. The changes include the color scheme, logo, header and right sidebar. You will also ned to place ad code on the new pages. IT IS OF CRUCIAL IMPORTANCE THAT THE UNDERLYING STRUCTURE OF THE SITE (I.E. CODE AND URLS REMAIN THE SAME). Tasks to relaunch the message boards (i.e. admin): The website runs an Invision Power Board forum which requires a few tasks. This software is intuitive and relatively easy to use. The admin login will be provided from which settings and source files can be modified. The boards are currently closed. You will need to reopen them after: 1) banning external links in forum posts to prevent spam 2) setting up logins so that members must enter a captcha EVERY time they login 3) replacing the stock logo with our new logo 4) modifying the meta tags / seo titles 5) placing adsense advertising to automatically appear between posts on the forum software.
