Whois and checkout implementation in existing design

Hello dear freelancers, i have a website almost completed and now i only need these two things: - Implementation of an Whois section on the website (user finds free domain, clicks register and goes to checkout, during checkout he is presented with the option to add a hosting plan). - Checkout by clicking one of the hosting plans (user chooses plan, clicks to aquire and during checkout he is asked if he wants to register or add an already registered domain). This is a project i´m starting (after work) to see how things go, so for a start my budget is low...i´m not asking for a top of the pops checkout system, i just need one that works, and maybe some of you have the system already made, ready to implement, i don´t mind :) The website is html, css and javascript, not joomla nor wordpress. I will send the website to the winner to implement the system.
