4 WordPress code editing

Page -> [login to view URL] 1. Result screen is empty until resizing it. 2. When I click to PDF, it should create a PDF but it is not. 3. When I click to twitter it does not do anything. Pages; Registration, Profile, PinkPal, Fab-U-Wish, Contact Us, Ask a Genetic Counselor, Volunteer Forms that are filled out on my website are being forwarded to thank you page but the page is not displaying any message. Lets say some people registered, it should say thank you for your registration and so fort. All these coding has been already done and was working before I moved the website. Therefore, coding from scratch is not needed. I just need someone to fix errors within the code. I do not know Javascript and believe if I knew it would not take my half an hour. That's why I will not pay more than 40$ for these changes.
