101316 YouTube close needs improvment

Hello All, I have youtube clone script installed and working oerfectly on my site. there are couple of things I want to be improved on it. 1: uploaded videos when converted in Flv lose quality. you can actully see the bad quality and fames are slow. i need to imporved quality. All you have to do is put the right ffmpeg command in code. if you are thinking of using '-sameq' or 'scaleq n' just to let you know tht it improves quality but speed of loading of flv becomes slow. ask me for more deatails. 2: while uploading big files (e.g 15 mb +) script just gets stuck on uploading page. although it uploads the video and does everything properly but never redirects to the sucess_upload page. Plus uploading is very slow as comapre to same script running on other servers. cheers. please bid according to the time you will be spending on this project which does not look much if you know your stuff. thanks
