Joomla Website Revamp

Please note that this job will commence in September. We would like to revamp our religious non-profit website which provide multi-media content, and I am looking for a resource to build a new Joomla PHP template or modifying the existing template according to our new html prototype (7 pages in total). We will provide all the HTML prototype and there are some dynamic in the prototype using jquery packages, such as shadowbox and scrollable effect. Attached please find 5 documents, one for business requirement for building the website ([login to view URL]), two for technical requirement ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]), another one to show the links to all the graphic design of the pages ([login to view URL]), and the final for questions to answer ([login to view URL]). The final deliverable of this project will be a complete Joomla website with all working examples to demonstrate all the functionality for the 7 pages. Also, it must be compatible with all browsers, fast turn around and inexpensive. Please note that WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER THE PROPOSAL WITH THE TWO QUESTIONS ANSWERED.
