Need JOomla Programming Support

We are looking for someone to work with us on a part-time temp to permanent basis. Must be an expert in Joomla: 1. Modify modules and components 2. Modify core 3. Must be expert in CSS 4. Must know how to transfer files from one server to another without losing files. 5. Must have a working knowledge of MYSQL and PHP 6. Must know how to resolve server issues when Joomla is not functioning well. We need someone to work US time. Pay is $300/month for about 4 hours work everyday.
