Experience Code Igniter Developer needed - repost

Hi, *PLEASE READ THIS POST CAREFULLY BEFORE REPLYING* I'm a developer that has some overflow work. I need an existing website refactored/rebuilt using codeigniter. This job requires that the candidate be available during US hours only (i.e. approx. 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. MST). I expect this project to require about 4 -5 months of continuous work. Beyond the initial development time I may extend the contract indefinitely. When you reply please note your experience with the following. 1). Javascript/Ajax/Jquery 2). Git/Linux/Command Line 3). What Operating System/Tools do you use for development 4). Understanding of PHP (5.3+) and number of years using 5). Knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB, CouchDB) 6). Level of ability writing SQL queries 7). Level of ability working with ORM's. 8). CSS/HTML 9). Describe dependency injection and a scenario where you might use it. In addition to these questions please be prepared with codeigniter code samples (I want to see YOUR work). Please do not send me entire projects built in CI but rather a few of your best work (i.e. models/controllers/libraries etc...) Again, this project requires that you be available during US hours.
