1) need to take a .txt file and append 2 empty fields to each line instead of importing it into a database, then take the data from #2 and append it to that file. 2) then create a table for punch card. this table would have these fields: clubplan, punchcard. where the punchcard field would be incremented by data from another table to see if there are any paid washes for the most recent 2 days. if there is a paid wash for that customer then it would increment by 1 or how ever many paid washes that customer had. we would need for the punchcard field to be reset after 10 paid washes. 3) i would also need a table to keep track of those washes. 4) i would need a points table to keep track of the points. points are based on the dollar amount spent. for every dollar spent on a specific item they get one point. 5) i would then need a script to export all the data from #1, punchcard field from #2. preferably set this to run on a cron I would need these fairly quickly as the first coder i chose couldn't get it done and the project is late.
