Website design

I require a design for my website. you can c the basic design at [login to view URL] this is a simple overlay i created myself just to give me a feel for the site. There is only about 5 images to be created and some autostretch features incoreperated. the html plage is simple includes that can be edited quite easily. Basic knowledge of php should make this only a few hours work, can u simply post me previous work completed, i will choose on that, or if u have not the above but think u still want to do the project, a simple logo sample would suffice or a quick png file with rough design. Appologies for the budget, i know i am looking alot for the money i have to spend. Must have excellent graphics and photoshop skills, please do not apply otherwise
