461789 ecommerce cart script modification

Need to modify ecommerce cart script to have different admin users and permissions. One being reseller user where they can view products sold and commission made as well as order detail. Reseller can only view. print and archive information no editing or deleting. 2 would be customers of the reseller. To purchase they need to put in reseller ID number. Admin can see all resellers and their downline. Cart framework can be osc/xoops/cs-cart/drupal/zen or magento. However the design integration has to be flawless. Reseller can only view/print/archive order information and can not edit or delete.
