Help on osticket (Upgrade,fetch mail ,setup ,etc.. ) Read

Hi guys. I have the osticket old version . Need upgarde to new version 1.8 Right now the cronjob no work to fetch mail from GMAIL Need set the cron job in server. I do not know enough code and PHP knowledge to fix this and I need some urgent assistance. It also seems apparent that many people have experianced the same symptoms with this application. PLEASE ONLY APPLY FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE LOTS OF EXPERIENCE IN PHP. And I would prefer if someone has experience with osTicket. I do not want to make this worse and break something else. After all please test the system .Also please change name folder to "helpdesk" And install the mod MOD "Last Response:" (Exists in the system ?) i want to have Osticket email us a weekly report telling us which tickets are open, by which user they are open and when the tickets were opened. *Keep the Textand logo - Keep the tickets from old version* no lose data backup files.
