Joomla Template and Third Party Extension Customizations

Please read everything so that you understand before sending your quote. I am looking for an experienced Joomla service provider who can carry out some Joomla third party extension customizations and may include few tasks involving template customizations. The website is a listing portal The nature of the project is that it has several small tasks to be carried out. I am posting the general tasks to be performed. When you send your quote, I will send you the website that I would want to be customized, and we shall discuss the specific tasks so that you have a complete understanding of what is to be done. We may latter revise the project with you before you start working on it which will depend on Complexity of tasks, budget and other factors and I may decide to only give out some of the tasks. When sending your quote, please start with the words “timely project” so that I know that you have read everythin. We may still agree to split the project into two i.e most easy and the little difficult and have you perfom the whole tasks or split the task to two different service providers. I am looking for experienced service providers who would quote reasonable prices. Here are the tasks 1. Enable users to register and login using facebook 2. Add subscription forms for sending newsletters 3. Change the font type and size 4. Make some changes to search boxes 5. Customize the way third party users interact with the site when listing items to the site and change positions of tabs 6. Make some changes to background colours of some sections 7. Include some pre-entered information on forms 8. Edit the number of clickable pages shown in a single page of item listing 9. Duplicate some user information, forms and logo which already appears on the website to appear in a different section of the website
